29.03.19 Rec/yr1

We've been super busy again, learning lots and having fun at the same time.

As always we've been learning new sounds in phonics, writing words with the sounds in and then writing those words in sentences. 

We've been generating lots of rhyming words and Yr1 children have completed a rhyming poem about Jack and the Beanstalk. 

In maths the Yr 1 children have been doing lots of counting in 2, both forwards and backwards and the Reception children have been focussing on teen numbers, especially the number 15.
