Last Friday in June!

Well done - another fantastic week in class and the hot sunshine has not hampered our work!   The children have enjoyed lots of fun including:  writing our poems about the magical egg, doing tests in Maths and English, being with our wonderful friends and learning Welsh from Miss Axon.

Miss Axon is a former pupil who has joined the class for the last few days as part of her training.  We have taken full advantage of her Welsh language skills learning a few useful phrases - ask your children to tell you them! Next week we will practise some more and play games.   We are very grateful for all her help in class!

Special congratulations for this week's Stars in celebration assembly:

Year 3  Izzie Rae - for her excellent attitude in all school life - trying very hard and always very helpful

Year 4  Penny - excellent independent work in World Cup Maths problem solving
