Well done to another brilliant week of learning class 34 - everyone has finished writing their Report on a Victorian Inventor - great work and the research homework definitely helped with this.
Favourite learning this week has been:
Designing and starting to make lanterns, writing reports, timework in Maths and making flatbread in Forest school - take a look at some of the photos.
Next week we are going to learn from a new story book 'The Selfish Giant' by O Wilde and begin work on Measures in Maths.
There are lots of things to look forward to in December already and we are busy practising for our class Christingle performance - Wednesday 6th December at the Norcliffe Chapel 2pm. We are also going on a trip on foot to Styal Mill on Thursday 7th December - please look out for a letter that came home in the book bags today requesting permission about photographs taken on the day for the National Trust. We will need some parent helpers (with DBS certificates) on the day so please let us know if you can help out.
Lots to celebrate - thanks to Jamila for bringing in her trampoline trophies and certificates then talking us through all the different types of jumps as well as her competition stories - very talented!
Y3 Izzie Rae - for always working very hard in all her work - the effort is definitely paying off!
Y4 Isla O'S - for her honest open approach to herself and others
That's all now - take a look at some photos of the week to see the fun!
